Gary Ruan
Business Owner
Gary Ruan, a licensed general contractor and the founder of Puzzle Construction. Gary earned his contractor license in 2016 and founded Puzzle Construction in 2018. Before starting his company, he worked for over five years in another construction firm, gaining the expertise that laid the foundation for his success.

Gary’s passion for building and creating has driven him to make Puzzle Construction a trusted name in the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys biking and spending time outdoors, which keeps him inspired for his next project.
Roojak Ruan
Foreman
Roojak Ruan has been a foreman at Puzzle Construction for over four years, expertly managing 2-3 projects at a time. He combines technical expertise with strong leadership, coordinating teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
With over a decade of prior experience managing a 30+ member restaurant team, Roojak brings exceptional organizational and leadership skills to the construction industry, making him an invaluable asset to our team.
Henrique Correia
Project Manager
Henrique Correia recently joined Puzzle Construction, bringing over a decade of experience in countertop fabrication and an incredible attention to detail on finishing work.
He’s a skilled manager who leads our team and subcontractors effectively while maintaining excellent communication with customers. Henrique is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, which makes him an even greater asset to our diverse team and client base.

Project Manager
Finys Cai, a new addition to the Puzzle Construction team. Before joining us, Finys spent over four years working in marketing, where he developed excellent organizational and management skills.
Now, he’s applying those talents to the construction industry, successfully managing 2-3 projects at a time with precision and efficiency. His fresh perspective and background in marketing bring valuable insights to our team, and we’re excited to see his impact on our projects.
